PICKAWAY – A popular Farm Equipment and service center is getting a new building off US-23 in Pickaway County and it just opened this week

Bane-Walker Equipment is an Employee-Owned company that established itself in 2013 when two successful Case IH dealers (Bane Equipment & North Central Agri-Power) consolidated and became one company. 50 years of experience combined in the industry.

Since then the company has grown across Indiana and without any more market growth in that area seized the opportunity to buy six locations in Ohio, one in Pickaway County off US-23.

“The property is leased,” said Bane-Welker, “We want to move to a more permanent spot, and build a larger facility to accommodate our needs. The new location will help us grow and is a better location.”

The company broke ground on a new storefront on the corner of Duroc Street and Pittsburg road, just behind the Loves gas station in Pickaway County off US-23 in July of 2023.

Bane-Welker said, “We have grown because we are an employee-owned company, we stock the parts that are needed, and we service after the sale. These are all the things farmers expect to keep their farms moving. We have built our company on the, if you take care of your customers they will take care of you, and that has been proven true. We think this new location will serve our customers better.”

The company will sell Case, Kabota, and Coyote equipment.
